Aurélie, topographer and development manager
Aurélie is the first female employee of ECT we would like to introduce. One of her areas of expertise is the drawing of plans for the developments proposed to communities. Her greatest satisfaction is to see her projects come to fruition.
Pauline, human resources manager
For this new episode, we introduce Pauline, human resources manager. Her motivation is to combat gender inequalities and attract female talent. And develop employees’ skills and leverage their know-how and competencies.
Karène, dispatcher in the transport department
This is Karène, who is in charge of transport follow-up. She has a twofold mission: offering customers who do earth work transport solutions and drivers for transporting their soil. And planning the rounds in order to transport the soil to our operating sites.
Justine, topographer
For this new episode, here is Justine, topographer. It is with pride that Justine reveals her favorite project, that of Epône (78). She drew up the landscape plan for the MTB-TRIAL stadium and carried out all the topographical surveys using her GPS case. Her challenge for 2023? Getting pictures of the Eye from the Sky with her drone.
Josette, chief accountant
Meet Josette, chief accountant. Her job is to analyze, control and interpret figures. A true passion that she transmits with energy to her employees.
Carla, receiving employee
Meet Carla, a receiving employee at ECT sites. Her task is to verify, qualify and inspect the soil that comes to our sites. She uses know-how acquired during her first position as an unloading employee, which continues to be useful for her job as a receiving employee.
Catherine from Sales
For this new episode, let us meet Catherine from Sales. She has been at ECT for 27 years and can tell us about the development of the family business, which adapted to its changing environment and extended its know-how in France and elsewhere.
Chaimae, contract manager
Meet Chaimae, contract manager in the environment department. She started as an intern and now works as a contract manager. Her role is to find solutions to treat the soil collected from our construction and earth work customers.
Aurore, operational executive assistant
In this new episode, we introduce Aurore, operational executive assistant. Within the operations department, her job is to inspect and verify the sites. A field and office job carried out in collaboration with other teams.
Sylvie, quality technician
Let us meet Sylvie, a technician in the quality department. She reviews and inspects the permission requested by customers in order to be allowed to unload their soil.
Barbara, project manager
For this new episode, here is Barbara, project manager. Barbara joined the ECT branch of Hauts-de-France and develops projects in northern France. Projects with an environmental and social dimension to offer communities new spaces for recreation, leisure and nature in the city.
