Creation of a new communal space, with a tree-lined promenade and a fitness trail
The project supported by the Iverny town council and ECT offers a new communal space, open to all. This park covers an area of 8,700 m²and is built around a tree-lined promenade with more than 800 trees and shrubs and a fitness trail with 8 different apparatus. A loop trail allows for walking and running.
An agile and fast project
Soil deliveries by truck have been scheduled for the summer of 2021 for a short period of time, with no weekend soil deliveries.
Access to the site was subject to a regulated and compulsory road route, in order to keep traffic flowing and safe.
Achieved through the principle of the circular economy
The project is being implemented and financed by ECT through the reuse of inert soil from local construction sites. ECT’s expertise made it possible to ensure the analysis, characterisation, traceability and control of the inert soil received.
