A new site for recycling soil from construction sites in western Paris
Since July 3, ECT’s Plaisir site in the department of Yvelines has been receiving inert soil.
Soil received on site is directly reused to create a landscaped park.
The site is located 4 km from the RN12 exit to and from Versailles/Dreux.
To accommodate trucks and guarantee safe access to the site, major roadworks have been carried out. From the RD912, a single-access road has been created to the site. To ensure that traffic flows smoothly without risk, there are compulsory access points at the site entrances and exits.
To visit the site, you need a valid preliminary admittance request (DAP) and approval from ECT’s bookings department. Soil received is subject to a strict control and traceability process.

Landscaping of a landscaped and sports park
This project is completely green and designed by ECT in partnership with the commune of Plaisir. It involves redeveloping former wasteland.
The project is part of the local area, offering a new landscaped and sports park. Open to everyone, the 11-hectare park, complete with street furniture, will open in 2026.
