Satisfying construction customers is our priority
In early 2023, ECT initiated a satisfaction survey among all its customers. The aim was to measure the level of satisfaction throughout the customer journey and the quality of the customer experience. The questions related to support and commercial follow-up, the treatment of preliminary acceptance requests and the quality of the reception of excavated soil on our sites.
The results of the survey demonstrate the quality of our teams, solutions and services. And reinforces our leadership.
