At ECT, we focus on supporting our clients in the construction industry. This is we launched a survey in April 2022 among all our customers.
The aim was to measure the level of satisfaction with the overall services offered. The survey covered the commercial aspect, the evacuation/transport service, the dematerialisation of unloading vouchers, the tour reservation service and the perceived quality of the extranet customer area.
The result of the survey proves the quality of the sales team and the services offered: 89% of customers are satisfied with the hospitality and customer relationship.
