In the commune of Villeneuve-sous-Dammartin, this is ECT’s flagship site because of
- Its size, with an area of 320 acres and a height of 100 feet
- Its history: It was a sand quarry
- Its new purpose: The site is being returned to agriculture for the production of wheat and barley
- Its biodiversity: Mitigation zone, orchards, bee-hives
- Its educational attractions: Every year, 60 children come to plant trees
- Its future: This site will be the home for a completely original development project, « The Eyes of the Sky », an artwork by Antoine Grumbach and ECT.
