On the premises of former painting & decorating businesses, this new 32-acre district lies on the edge of the county park at La Courneuve. One goal of this urban project was to add value to industrial brownfield sites. ECT, by re-using inert soil, was able to make a green corridor towards the La Courneuve park and create an urban park with facilities and games for children.
