Inauguration of the Arboretum Park
June 22, 2019 – Line Magne, Mayor of Moissy-Cramayel, Anne-Marie Démoulin, Deputy Mayor in charge of sustainable development, Betty Chappe, Deputy Mayor in charge of Chanteloup eco-district development and Laurent Mogno, President of ECT inaugurated the Parc de l’Arboretum. This park is a new public leisure area in the heart of the Arboretum de Chanteloup eco-neighborhood.
New, green, sporty and educational, this is the Parc de l’Arboretum.
An eco-neighborhood that's getting more beautiful with the Parc de l'Arboretum.
The Chanteloup eco-district is already home to new housing and an urban farm. New housing is planned. The Arboretum park now represents a new vector for the residential quality of Moissy-Cramayel, with its shared public leisure and sports facilities.
The orchard, pond and arboretum enhance the landscape and the walk.
The Park’s environmental vocation is accompanied by an educational component, supported by numerous explanatory panels. The arboretum is home to trees typical of the Sénart forest. A video look back at the design of biodiversity-friendly facilities.
A park open to all, families, sports enthusiasts and people with disabilities.
Thanks to the initiative of the town council and local associations, the Parc de l’Arboretum is accessible to all, and proudly boasts the Tourisme et Handicap label. To achieve this, it offers a system adapted to this audience. Half of the pathways are accessible to all, enabling visitors to explore the entire park. Signage and access to signage have been specifically designed with this in mind.
A park for city sports and associations
The link with the local associative fabric is fundamental to deciding on the uses of a new shared space open to the public.

Opening of an ECT project in Moissy-Cramayel
2017 – ECT has just opened a new site in Moissy-Cramayel (77). The aim of the development work, carried out using soil from Ile-France building sites near Moissy, is to open an arboretum of remarkable species and a fitness trail to the public in summer 2019. The area accessible to the public will also be equipped with a PRM pathway. The land is located to the north of the commune, adjacent to the future Chanteloup eco-district.
