- Learning to work in a team
- Understand and apply safety instructions
- Analyze information from the field and pass it on to the team leader
- Understand the issues of traceability and control of soil received on site
- Learn to drive site machinery, adapting to climatic conditions and terrain configuration (slope, stability).
