Introducing the ECT Group
ECT Group companies reuse, recycle, develop and add value within a framework of urban metabolism and the circular economy. More specifically, ECT’s vocation is non-built development through the reclamation of excavated soil from construction sites. While Biodepe is active in organic waste recovery.
Since 1998, ECT has expanded mainly in the Paris region. Today, there are 3 regional branches in Hauts-de-France, Grand-Est and Occitanie. Internationally, 3 subsidiaries in Germany, Switzerland and the USA are the basis for development under the Landify brand.

ECT’s growth is part of a circular economy strategy: reusing excavated soil from urban construction sites to work with local authorities on concerted, sustainable development projects.
Our business is mainly located in the Ile-de-France region, and is expanding in the Hauts-de-France since the opening of a regional branch in Lille.

Label Entreprise Engagée pour la Nature
In 2023, ECT was awarded the Entreprise Engagée pour la Nature label. This national label is awarded by the Office Français de la Biodiversité. Based on an analysis of the impact of its activities, ECT has committed itself to precise objectives for the protection and enhancement of biodiversity on its sites, during their operation and their development.

ISO 14001:2015 environmental certification and NF X32-001 biodiversity certification
ECT is ISO 14001 certified for its Design, Operations and Development divisions. All our operating sites are ISO 140001 certified. Since 2022, ECT has integrated the NF X32-001 approach for the management of biodiversity-related impacts.

Regional development
The ECT Group is expanding into the regions, extending its circular economy model for excavated soil to meet local needs for responsible management of soil from construction sites. Our non-built developments valorize this soil in sustainable, non-built projects adapted to local needs. BIODEPE supports local authorities and industrial companies in the recovery of their organic waste, in strict compliance with environmental regulations and product traceability.
BIODEPE offers sustainable, cost-effective solutions for urban and industrial sewage sludge, green waste, biowaste and agri-food by-products.
BIODEPE is ISO 14001 and 9001 certified.
In addition to these activities, BIODEPE provides sludge recovery services for lagoons and reed beds, as well as land clearing operations.
