Missions and skills
VRD teams work on sites in the Ile-de-France and Hauts-de-France regions. They prepare and maintain operating sites. A job that requires real versatility.Â
Testimonial
“Our profession and skills have evolved considerably. More and more work is being carried out in line with ECT’s commitment to biodiversity, such as installing anti-return fences for amphibians. Preserving nature during operations is an important issue in the management of ECT sites.”
Joaquim – VRD teamÂ
VRD teams are on hand to prepare for the opening of ECT sites: earthworks for access roads, concrete slabs, electrical connections for reception areas and living quarters, fencing and safety signage. This work continues throughout the life of the site, with regular cleaning of the drainage ditches. The VRD department intervenes at the end of the land acceptance phase to remove the temporary equipment and finalize the layout for the site’s new uses.Â
