The account manager assists earthworker customers in the building and civil engineering sector, from the validation of the commercial offer for the evacuation of their site soil to the use of their secure customer area. Elise – Account manager
Elise Lam is an account manager at ECT. She took the initiative of meeting each of her customers to establish direct contact and present ECT’s land management and reclamation offerings. Its sales approach is global. His job also involves coordinating customer requests with other ECT departments: the quality department for PAD validation, the environment department for worksite characterization, and the reservation department for planning soil inputs on sites.
