Traceability of excavated soil

Excavated soil traceability refers to all the procedures and practices implemented to analyze, characterize, dispose of, record and control excavated materials.
Traceability applies from excavation on construction sites to arrival at disposal, storage and reclamation sites.
The aim of traceability is to guarantee efficient management in compliance with environmental regulations, and to control the potential impacts associated with soil management.
Excavated soil takes on the legal status of waste as soon as it leaves the excavation site.
Traceability is governed by the French Environment Code. How are the soil and materials brought to our sites controlled?
