Neglected space

A derelict area is public or private land with no defined use.
Our undeveloped projects, designed in consultation with the owner, define one or more new uses, adapted to the specific needs of the area.
The special feature of these developments is that they are financed by inert soil from local construction sites.
Their reuse on the site will enable the contour and relief of the development to be defined, and the necessary non-built equipment to be financed.
The transformation of the sites adapts to the local challenges: landscape park, reforestation, soundproofing mound, agricultural rehabilitation, golf course, sports fields and facilities, outdoor leisure activities, photovoltaic power plant.
The design of these projects encourages biodiversity and revitalizes local life.
These initiatives help to breathe new life into neglected areas.
