Traceability of soil, smooth unloading, compliance with health regulations COVID-19
ECT launched its « FULL DEMATERIALIZATION » project for its unloading orders on June 4. ECT now dematerializes the entire voucher issue, transmission and validation process. And as of this week, 100% of ECT sites are equipped to scan their QR code. The « bon de passage » is an important link in the chain of traceability for soil and materials received at our sites.
This e-voucher project, which was launched a few months ago as part of the company’s environmental initiative, has been accelerated by the current health crisis. The introduction of contactless e-vouchers makes it easier for construction customers to resume work. They also facilitate access to our land reclamation sites. Already 70% of our customers use the e-voucher system.
With a triple objective for our customers:
- speed up the arrival of the driver.
- strengthen the traceability of materials.
- reinforce respect for social distancing procedures and barrier gestures.
Technology integrated into ECT’s customer services
Designed with our technology partner CKdev, this responsible approach is fully integrated into the customer pathway for optimizing bookings at our sites.
With 4 key steps:
- ECT creates e-vouchers when booking passages.
- E-mail transfer of e-vouchers
- E-vouchers are completed by the customer, together with the driver or carrier.
- The QR-code on each e-voucher is scanned on arrival at the ECT site.
At the same time, the issue, transfer and validation of e-vouchers can be consulted in real time on the ECT customer extranet.
