ECT, an excavated soil recycling site in Annet-sur-Marne

ECT’s site at “Les Carreaux” (commonly referred to by our customers as “Claye-Souilly”) is one of the largest sites in the Paris region for the reception and reuse of excavated soil. Discover, filmed from the air, the riverbanks where inert soil is unloaded from construction sites all over the Ile-de-France region. You can also discover what has become of the land already filled in on this site: cultivated fields and reforested hillsides.

It was on this same site, last June, that an “Earthworks” workshop was held under the direction of Simon Boudvin with students from the Ecole de Paysage de Versailles to design and create a work in 4 days using 1,000 m3 of earth and a bulldozer made available to them by ECT.
