Supporting our customers in the building and civil engineering sector is one of our core concerns. That’s why ECT has launched a survey of all its customers in April 2022.
The aim was to measure the level of satisfaction with the entire service offering. This survey covered the commercial aspect, the evacuation/transport service, the dematerialization of unloading slips, the tour booking service and the perceived quality of the Extranet-customer space.
The results of the survey prove the quality of the sales team and the services offered: 89% of customers are satisfied with the welcome and customer relations.
